We suggest potential process improvements, think outside of the box, introduce new technology methods while maintaining industry best practices but will not dictate how the solution is to be used. This approach has led to a robust toolset of functionality and progressive product roadmap. Having said this, companies should strive to be the best DSD grocery partner in their respective industry equipped with the right solution that MiT can provide.

MiT develops not only highly configurable solutions but also provides custom application development for our customers to satisfy requirements that may not be available in our core offering. This development may be custom to a company process or potentially a system enhancement that may be added to our product roadmap. In both instances, we will work with our customers on a design and implementation strategy whether it be included for go-live or available for a future release. MiT will provide internal quality assurance and debugging prior to release for acceptance testing standards which are designed to verify the successful overall operation of the system and acceptance of the solution.
